WHICH PRODUCTS CAN BE RETURNED?

Wrong product delivered - we offer a 14 day return guarantee as long as the products have not been used and are in their original condition and packaging.

Damaged goods - all damaged products must be claimed within 5 days of receipt of the goods in order to receive a full refund or a replacement.

If you received products undamaged, you are responsible for return costs.

HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
